Speaking from the experience of overcoming self-imposed barriers, societal biases, navigating corporate culture as a woman of color and now to building my own business around helping people create lives that they love.  Nothing energizes me more than sharing valuable insight and real-life advice to millennial women of all backgrounds. I LOVE connecting with audiences around all things relating to goals and happiness!

As a Millennial Lifestyle Coach with 10+ years of management consulting experience and a background in communication and positive psychology, I feel most equipped to have conversations ranging from effective communication, healthy relationships, resilience, gratitude, goal-setting, and of course creating “happiness” by your own standards.

I aim to deliver speeches and workshops that are inspiring, interactive and informative, designed to help participants take immediate action. Each speech is customized to fit your target audience and can be delivered as a keynote, conference breakout session, or virtual presentation/webinar.

I had a very pleasant experience working with Ms. Chianti Lomax. She did an excellent job as the Emcee for my 3rd Annual Women’s Empowerment Expo. She is creative, detailed oriented and reliable. We initially had a consultation where she provided feedback on the best way to assist me. She was very attentive and made sure that she fully understood my vision of what my needs were so that she could provide the right services. She  went above and beyond to meet my expectations. Chianti is a professional to work with and I would certainly  refer her to others who are in need of her services! ~ Adoma Adae, Dark Is Lovely, Inc.

StartUP Your Vision –  Live Workshop

This 3-hour  workshop is vision board and strategy session where I create a safe and intimate space for millennial women to share, explore, and receive my support for the personal and professional goals they would like to accomplish for the coming year.

Workshop Attendee Raves:

December’s vision board workshop was extremely uplifting and not mention inspiring. I was surrounded by beautiful, well rounded and engaging women. We had great conversation over good food and drinks while discussing our goals and dreams. Although at times I felt vulnerable, rest assured I was never uncomfortable. At home with women I can call sisters and friends. I definitely think others need to take part in the vision board experience. Now that I am in 2015, I look for the things that I placed on my board to come to fruition. ~ Emma G.

Participating in your vision board workshop was truly comforting and enlightening. It was comforting because it made me feel like I was not alone in facing some of the challenges in encounter in my day to day experiences. It was enlightening to me because I got to hear how other women faced these same challenges and how they overcame their fears and doubt. Great group of women! ~ Angie H.

I was truly lifted and empowered by everyone who participated! I love that everyone was so positive in mingling and conversing about all issues! It was a nonthreatening environment to articulate our innermost desires through YOUR warm invitation that greeted me at the door when I arrived! It truly put “seeing” to initiate believing creating our vision boards! It’s comforting being reminded of what God can promise through this concrete representation! It was motivating! I know this can bless others like it has blessed me! Posted by my bedside, I sleep and arise “seeing” what my future can bethrough faith! How encouraging! ~ Monique T.
